and buyers. Alternativ team consists of high potential, young,
dynamic, enthusiastic and of course committed people. Team
members are involved in all the stages of Gherkin process
to add value at each stage. Sharing of knowledge and feedback
from farmers and buyers are the way of life at Alternativ.
Brain storming sessions are carried out on regular basis to
discuss the issues.
